P.E.O. directories are to be used exclusively for the conduct of official P.E.O. business. They are not to be used by P.E.O. members or others for circulation, solicitation, or commercial purposes of any kind.

Permission to circularize within Colorado requires authorization of the Executive Board of Colorado State Chapter.
